Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. Announces Final TSX Venture Approval and Receipt of Funds on Non-Brokered Private Placement

Vancouver BC, August 5, 2026: Pacific Booker Minerals Inc. (TSXV: BKM) (OTC Pink: PBMLF) ("Pacific Booker" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and all proceeds in connection with the Company's previously announced non-brokered private placement, details of which were disclosed in the Company's news release dated July 16, 2026.
