Interim Decision re: Mineral Claims

Vancouver, BC, May 23, 2007: The company announces that its application to strike out, on a summary basis, a lawsuit commenced by a party to an option agreement over certain mineral claims has been dismissed by the Court. The Court also allowed an application to add three additional parties as plaintiffs to the action and made other orders regarding evidentiary issues. The company will now proceed to vigorously defend the action on the merits in the normal course. The Company continues to rely on the waiver of the plaintiff and other new parties that the Morrison property is not part of the original option agreement.

The company intends to proceed to examination of documents and the individuals involved in the litigation with a view to obtaining an early trial date regarding the matter.

On behalf of the Board of Directors

Greg Anderson

Director and President
